Freight remains steady throughout the year, helping drivers maintain reliable weekly earnings.

Average weekly pay ranges from $1,200 to $1,600 depending on miles and performance. Guaranteed pay begins after your first 30 days, and performance based pay increases reward drivers who continue to deliver safe, dependable service.

The schedule provides home time every other week along with six additional personal days off each month, giving drivers more flexibility than many traditional over the road positions.

Every driver is assigned a 2020 or newer Kenworth T680 equipped with an automatic transmission, APU, power inverter, and other comfort features designed to make extended trips more enjoyable.
