Class A CDL Drivers Needed – Columbus, GA (31904)

Weekly Pay: $1,200–$1,600
Home Every Other Week + Additional Days Off Each Month

We’re looking for professional Class A CDL drivers who appreciate driving high-quality equipment and want consistent pay with dependable home time. If you enjoy taking care of your truck and want a company that takes care of you in return, this could be the right fit.

You’ll be running in late-model Kenworth T680s—well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. No outdated trucks or unnecessary headaches.

What You Can Expect:

Home Time: Out every other week plus 6 personal days each month

Weekly Pay: Earn $1,200–$1,600 with performance-based pay increases

Freight Type: No-touch freight – just drive and go

Equipment: 2020 and newer Kenworth T680s with inverters + APUs for comfort on the road

Benefits: Full medical, dental, vision, and company-paid life insurance included

Vacation Time: Accrued paid time off

Orientation: 3-day paid orientation with all expenses covered

Work Details:

Average 2,500–3,000 miles/week

Mix of drop & hook and live load/unload

Guaranteed pay kicks in after 30 days of employment

Driver Requirements:

Valid Class A CDL

At least 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience (within the last 3 years)

Professional attitude and pride in operating well-maintained equipment

LEM Trucking is expanding and now hiring CDL-A drivers across the U.S. We offer a variety of routes including local, regional, and OTR, with both no-touch freight and driver-assist options. We focus on driver support, steady work, and a respectful environment where your experience is valued.

Application Process

If your qualifications match what we’re looking for, a recruiter will contact you for a brief phone interview to begin the onboarding steps. This process may include employment verification, background screenings, and reviewing your MVR, PSP, and DAC reports. Orientation and travel arrangements will be made if required.
