Compensation & Pay
- Average Weekly Income: $1,100 – $1,500
- Competitive Mileage Pay: Paid on all dispatched miles.
- Delay Protection: Additional hourly pay for detention and breakdown delays.
- Stability: Full-time W-2 employment with consistent freight volume year-round.
Route & Home Time
- Regional Operation: Southwest lanes only.
- Home Weekly: Out for 5–6 days, home for a full 34–48 hour weekend reset.
- Predictable Dispatch: 24/7 support with steady, established customer lanes.
The Freight (No Touch!)
- Type: 100% Dry Van.
- No-Touch: Keep moving without the heavy lifting.
- Drop-and-Hook: The vast majority of our freight is drop-and-hook to minimize your downtime.

Driver Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Minimum 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
- Recent commercial driving experience within the last 90 days.
- Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screening, and safety requirements.
- Acceptable driving and employment history.
