We are seeking licensed Class A CDL drivers for a regional position that includes a structured 4 to 6-week transition training program. This position is designed for drivers looking to gain stable regional experience, leading directly into a solo driving role upon completion. Job Details & Schedule
- Job Type: Full-time, W2 position
- Route: Regional operations traveling throughout the East Coast and Southwest regions
- Home Time: Home bi-weekly (every 2 weeks)
- Progression: Transition to a solo driving position immediately following the completion of the 4 to 6-week training program
Pay & Compensation
- Solo Starting Pay: $650 weekly training pay for 3 weeks, then (CPM) upon upgrading to solo status
- Supplemental Pay: Detention and layover pay included
- Stability: Consistent miles and critical freight dispatch

Minimum Requirements
- License: Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Please note: We are currently unable to accept trainees who hold only a Commercial Learner's Permit (CLP).
- Age: Must be at least 21 years of age
- Safety & Background: Must meet standard Department of Transportation (DOT) safety, drug, and alcohol requirements. Accidents, moving violations, and criminal history are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
