Class A CDL Driver (Part-Time)

McGill Restoration is an industry leader in concrete and masonry repair, restoration, and construction. From highway surface treatments and parking garage repairs to industrial painting to masonry repair - we are ready to help our customers with just about any of their construction needs.

The part-time CDL Driver (Class A) is responsible for supporting our job sites by ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are delivered to each job site. The items hauled include paint, fuel, and other flammable materials. The driver will typically drive about 300 miles per day between job sites and the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily truck log and submit reports daily
• Observe and report equipment and mechanical failures immediately
• Serve as a brand ambassador in interactions with customers and the public
• Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle before and after each shift and report any problems or damages to management
• Comply with all DOT and in-house regulations and rules
• Load and unload trucks/trailers
• Transfer material from warehouse to jobsites
• Traffic control
• Majority of local travel
