Fill In Slip Seat Driver (Class A CDL)
Work Location: Onalaska, WI Schedule: Part-Time / Monday - Friday; up to 29 hours a week Compensation: $23.00/hour

What You'll Do • Safely pick up and deliver freight in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations • Complete required documentation and transportation paperwork accurately and timely • Communicate consistently with dispatch regarding routes, timing, and updates • Assist with loading and unloading trailers as needed • Represent Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations as a professional ambassador while providing exceptional customer service to industry partners • Maintain a strong focus on safety, compliance, and vehicle responsibility
What We're Looking For • High School Diploma or equivalent required • Valid Class A CDL and eligibility to drive commercially • Satisfactory driving record • Strong navigational skills using maps and GPS systems • Exceptional customer service skills • Clear communication and active listening abilities • Self-motivated and able to work independently • Highly focused for extended periods of time • Ability to lift 50-100 lbs • Comfortable sitting for up to 6 hours consistently and occasionally up to 11 hours per day
Preferred Qualifications: • One or more years of commercial driving experience • Forklift certification
What Your Work Environment Will Be Like Primarily on the road operating a commercial vehicle Frequent sitting for extended periods Occasional lifting up to 100 lbs Loading and unloading trailers as needed Interaction with customers and industry partners during pickups and deliveries
