Your Week on the Road

Freight consists primarily of no-touch dry van loads with a high percentage of drop-and-hook opportunities. Some live load and unload customers are included depending on the route.

Drivers return home each week for their reset before heading back out on the next scheduled run.

Equipment Built for the Road

Each CDL A Truck Driver is assigned an automatic Peterbilt 579 or Kenworth T680. Trucks are equipped with an APU, inverter, refrigerator, and sleeper amenities designed to make time away from home more comfortable.

LEM Trucking also provides a paid three-day orientation for qualified drivers.

CDL A Driver Requirements

Applicants must have a valid Class A CDL and at least 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience. Drivers must meet applicable DOT qualification standards and maintain an acceptable driving record.
