Are you looking to launch or advance your trucking career with a company that treats you with respect? We are now hiring Class A CDL Drivers/New Graduates for our Paid Training Program.
This position starts with a comprehensive 4-to-6-week paid training period to ensure you are safe, confident, and prepared. Upon successful completion of the training program, you will transition into a high-paying Solo Driving Position, hauling 100% no-touch dry van freight.

Schedule & Home Time
- Time on the Road: Drivers are out for 3 to 4 weeks at a time.
- Home Time: Earn 1 full day of home time for every single week you are out on the road.
Route & Operating Area
- Geography: Primarily servicing freight lanes throughout the Western 11 states, will also be OTR.
Driver Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Note: Traffic violations, tickets, accidents, and criminal backgrounds will be reviewed fairly on a case-by-case basis in accordance with company safety guidelines and Fair Chance hiring standards.
