Pay & Compensation
Weekly Earnings: $1,960 – $2,480 average weekly pay
Hourly Pay Structure (Based on Experience):
3 to 48 Months Experience: $29.00 – $30.50 per hour
49 to 200+ Months Experience: $31.00 per hour
Incentives: Safe & On-Time Performance Bonus available
Classification: Full-time, W2 position with consistent, year-round dedicated freight volume
Schedule & Home Time
Home Time: Home weekly for a reliable 34-hour rest reset (Days off vary based on freight demands)
Shift Types: Position features both day and night shift dispatches
Seasonal Volatility: Schedule offers consistent, steady routes year-round. Please note that time off may be compressed during peak holiday seasons due to high consumer demand, while additional time off may be available during lighter freight cycles.
Volume: Deliver 2 to 4 loads per week, averaging 3 to 4 delivery stops per load.
Freight & Equipment
Operating Area: Regional lanes originating in Ridgefield, WA, with dedicated deliveries extending across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Utah, and Northern California.
Freight Type: Dedicated dry van retail freight. This is an active touch-freight position requiring drivers to unload trailers using a company-provided roller conveyor system at customer locations.
Truck Parking: Take-home truck privileges are permitted. Drivers living more than 50 miles away from the Ridgefield, WA terminal facility must have an authorized, safe, and secure location to park the commercial equipment during home time.

Minimum Requirements
License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
Experience: Minimum of 3 months of verifiable solo Class A CDL tractor-trailer driving experience
Physical Stamina: Must be physically willing and capable of unloading full dry van trailers via a roller system
Safety & Background: Must meet standard Department of Transportation (DOT) safety, background, and drug/alcohol screening requirements
