Texas Based Routes With Dedicated Customer Freight

Stay within a defined operating area while earning the income of a dedicated driving position. LEM Trucking is hiring for a Class A CDL Truck Driver position in Dallas, Texas, running established freight throughout Texas and portions of Oklahoma.

A large portion of the operation is centered around the Dallas and Houston freight corridor. Drivers work with recurring customers and established delivery locations, creating familiarity with the territory and account procedures instead of running an unpredictable nationwide freight network.

Weekly Schedule and Earnings

Average pay ranges from $1,800 to $2,000 per week based on production and account activity. Drivers return home each week for a scheduled 34 hour reset.

Qualified drivers may also be eligible for a sign on bonus.

This Class A CDL Truck Driver position involves an active delivery environment. Freight is unloaded using rolling u-carts, so applicants should be comfortable getting in and out of the truck and handling the physical portion of customer deliveries.

Equipment and Benefits

Each Class A CDL Truck Driver operates a 2019 through 2022 Freightliner tractor with an automatic transmission. Many assigned trucks include APUs and 1500 watt power inverters for additional comfort during the workweek.

Eligible drivers have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance. Additional benefits include a 401(k) retirement plan, paid vacation, and paid orientation.

Class A CDL Truck Driver Requirements

Applicants must have a valid Class A CDL and at least three months of verifiable tractor trailer driving experience within the previous 12 months. Candidates must be comfortable unloading freight with u-carts, meet applicable DOT qualification standards, and satisfy company requirements for a safe driving history.
