Experienced Drivers With Weekly Home Time

LEM Trucking is adding experienced drivers in Fort Worth, Texas, for an OTR fleet offering strong weekly earnings without requiring several weeks away from home. This Class A CDL Truck Driver position operates primarily across southern and central freight lanes with a minimum 34 hour reset at home each week.

Average weekly earnings range from $1,500 to $1,800 depending on mileage and verified tractor trailer experience. The operation is built around established customer freight and planned routes that provide drivers with productive road time throughout the week.

Southern and Central Running Area

Drivers travel primarily throughout the southern and central United States. Established freight patterns provide familiarity with the operating territory while still delivering the mileage associated with an OTR position.

Freight is 100 percent no touch. A Class A CDL Truck Driver handles a combination of drop and hook assignments and scheduled live pickup or delivery appointments without physically loading or unloading cargo.

Assigned Peterbilt Equipment

Each Class A CDL Truck Driver operates a late model Peterbilt 579 equipped for road travel. Trucks include automatic transmissions, APUs, power inverters, refrigerator space, and sleeper accommodations.

Assigned equipment follows a regular maintenance schedule. Drivers with secure approved parking may be permitted to take their tractor home, with approved parking locations available when needed.

Medical, dental, and vision coverage becomes available to eligible drivers after 30 days. Retirement benefits and paid time off are also offered. Orientation is paid during the onboarding process.

Class A CDL Truck Driver Requirements

Applicants must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid Class A CDL, and have a minimum of two years of recent tractor trailer driving experience. Candidates must meet DOT qualification standards and complete required background and drug screening.
