LEM Trucking is hiring experienced drivers to operate established regional lanes while earning competitive weekly pay and returning home every week for scheduled resets.
Drivers average between 2,500 and 3,000 miles each week hauling 99 percent no touch dry van freight. Freight consists primarily of drop and hook with occasional live load and unload appointments, allowing drivers to spend more time moving and less time waiting.
Pay and Schedule
Average weekly earnings range from $1,500-$1,800 depending on experience and miles driven. Drivers also have opportunities to earn monthly fuel bonuses, quarterly performance incentives, annual bonus programs, and safety rewards.
Home time is provided every week with alternating 34-hour and 48-hour resets, creating a dependable work schedule while maintaining strong weekly mileage.
Equipment
Drivers operate 2019-2022 International ProStar tractors equipped with APUs, power inverters, and automatic transmissions designed for driver comfort during regional runs.

Qualifications
