Experienced Solo Drivers

Qualified drivers can enjoy:

• Home every 7-10 days
• Consistent OTR freight
• No-touch loads
• Modern automatic equipment
• Reliable year-round miles
• Weekly direct deposit

Compensation

• $0.70cpm 
  

Become a Driver Mentor

Experienced drivers who enjoy coaching others can increase their earning potential by training new CDL graduates.

Mentor drivers receive:

• Base pay of $0.70cpm
• Additional $0.10 CPM while mentoring
• Up to $0.10 CPM in productivity incentives
• Priority freight opportunities
• Additional bonus potential

Mentoring assignments generally last around 11 days, after which mentors may take home time or return to solo driving before accepting another student.

Recently Earned Your CDL?

Drivers who have recently completed CDL school may qualify for a paid training program.

Training includes:

• Company orientation
• On-the-road instruction with an experienced mentor
• Hands-on experience building safe driving skills

Drivers with fewer than three months of qualifying experience begin at $0.35 CPM and will become eligible for the experienced driver pay scale after reaching three months of qualifying experience.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

• Hold a valid Class A CDL
• Live within 90 miles of Columbus, OH
• Be at least 21 years old
• Have 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience for Solo or Mentor positions
• Meet DOT and company hiring requirements
• Be authorized to work in the United States
