Class A CDL Dry Van Driver

Upgrade your driving career with premium equipment and a predictable schedule. We are hiring professional Class A CDL drivers who want to run hard for 5 days and enjoy 2 days off every week.

Drive comfortably in a modern, well-maintained fleet (2022 and newer) where 90% of our trucks are Kenworth T680 automatics fully equipped with APUs and Inverters. Best of all? You will handle 100% no-touch freight with a high percentage of drop-and-hook.

What We Offer

• Great Base Pay: $0.62 to $0.68 CPM (includes $0.16 per diem).
• Sign-On Support: $500 onboarding bonus.
• Monthly Performance Bonuses (First 6 Months):
  • Drivers with < 3 years exp: $0.025 CPM
  • Drivers with 3+ years exp: $0.05 CPM

Accessorial Pay Details

• Drop & Hook: 60%
• Detention: $15/hr after 2 hours ($80 max/24 hours)
• Layover & Breakdown: $75 per 24 hours (plus motel expenses covered for breakdowns)
• NYC Incentives: $100 delivery / $60 pickup (Absolutely no forced dispatch into NYC/5 boroughs)

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum of 6 months of recent Class A driving experience.
• Clean driving record and dedication to safety.
