Job Description
We are currently partnering with professional CDL Class A Owner Operators. We provide the steady freight, high-volume miles, and massive fuel discounts you need to build a highly profitable business.
Important Fleet Note: We proudly haul essential goods including meat and alcohol (up to 70% of our freight). Candidates must be willing and eligible to haul these commodities.
Independent Contractor Lease Program (No Truck Needed)
- Sign & Drive: $0 Money Down, No Credit Check.
- Late-Model Equipment: 2022 to 2024 Freightliner Cascadias & Kenworth T680s.
- Weekly Truck Payments: $850 – $1,100/week.
- Path to Ownership: Security deposit accumulates over 1.5 years for the end-of-lease buyout; titles transfer directly into your name upon completion.
- Sliding Scale Loaded Pay Structure:
- 0 – 150 miles: $2.10/mile
- 151 – 250 miles: $1.75/mile
- 251 – 300 miles: $1.55/mile
- 301+ miles: $1.40/mile
- Empty miles: $1.10/mile
Financial Incentives & Accessorial Pay
- CSA Safety Bonus: $100 paid monthly.
- Paid Detention: $38/hour for 6 hours (after a 2-hour grace period). Automatically increases to $300 max.
- Layover Pay: $300 after 24 hours.
- NYC Pay: Receive 100% of the extra pay charged to the customer.
- Extra Stop Pay: Receive 70% of the freight bill stop charge.
- Fuel Program: Massive EFS card discounts ranging from $0.10 to $0.40+ per gallon + Free Fuel Solution routing tool to locate the cheapest fuel on your trip.
- Reimbursements: 100% of lumper fees covered; load locks supplied at no cost; trailer washouts paid by Bay & Bay at Blue Beacon (plus 1 free truck wash per month).

Transparency: Estimated Operating Expenses & Escrows
In alignment with federal regulations and Indeed transparency guidelines, the following expenses are associated with this independent contractor opportunity:
- Tractor Physical Damage Insurance: $3.40 per $1,000 of tractor value (via Great American) or bring your own policy.
- Non-Trucking Liability (Bobtail): $32/month (Lease) or $42/month (Owner Op).
- Occupational Accident Insurance: $140/month ($35/week) for Lease or $130/month for Owner Op.
- Base Plates: $43.27/week (up to $2,250/year).
- Qualcomm Rental: $12.50/week.
- Tolls & Scales: Responsibility of the contractor.
- ATBS Accounting Services: $87.41/month (Third-party transportation accounting firm).
- Maintenance Escrow: $0.10/mile (for trucks with $\le \text{250,000 miles}$) or $0.15/mile (for trucks with $> \text{250,000 miles}$).
- Fuel & Road Tax Escrow: $25/week (trued up quarterly with IFTA).
- Security Deposit (Lease only): Withheld at $0.10/mile until $8,000 – $10,000 is accrued (goes toward end-of-lease buyout).
- Pay will be an average of $1200-1600 weekly AFTER expenses.
Job Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
- Must have at least twelve (12) months Commercial Driving experience within last
thirty six (36) months. - Must pass a pre-employment DOT drug screen and background evaluation.
