10-4 Logistics USA is actively hiring full-time W-2 company drivers to transport dry van freight throughout its over-the-road (OTR) network. Operating from the Rockford, Illinois terminal hub, this position is designed for solo drivers seeking premium equipment, reliable miles, and consistent weekend home time. Required Qualifications
Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
At least one year of verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience within the last two years.
Professional conduct and a strong commitment to highway safety standards.
Fleet Responsibilities
Safely transport dry van freight across national 48-state shipping lanes.
Efficiently manage preloaded and drop-and-hook customer freight with no load-touch requirements.
Complete routine daily pre-trip and post-trip commercial vehicle safety inspections.
Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) hours-of-service records in accordance with applicable safety regulations.
Structured Compensation and Benefits
Experienced Driver Pay: Earn an average of $1,750 to $2,000 per week, with a competitive rate of $0.71 per mile.
Refresher Pay Phase: Qualified drivers returning to active OTR operations receive a guaranteed weekly training rate of $1,200.
Guaranteed Home Time: Follow a predictable schedule with guaranteed home time every weekend for the 34-hour reset.
Premium Fleet Equipment: Operate new 2025 and 2026 Freightliner trucks equipped with sleeper auxiliary power units (APUs), power inverters, and refrigerators.
