Beast Mode Truckin seeks Class A CDL regional drivers, including recent graduates from accredited truck driving programs, to operate on the Western 11 regional. This is a predictable, no‑touch dry van opportunity with newer automatic tractors and a mix of drop‑and‑hook and live load/unload work.
- Schedule & routing: Western 11 regional lanes; orientation in Salt Lake City, UT; must be available for day or night shifts; home every other week.
- Equipment & freight: 53' dry van; newer automatic tractors; 100% no‑touch freight with drop‑and‑hook and some live loads/unloads.
- Mileage: Average ~1,900 miles per week (cycle dependent).
Compensation & benefits
- $1,300–$1,400 per week
- Trainee pay: $800 per week for approximately 4–6 weeks (for drivers with under 6 months' experience)
- Base pay starts at $0.50 per mile
- $15 stop pay
- Monthly safety bonus
- Full benefits after 30 days: medical, dental, 401(k), paid time off
Minimum requirements
- Minimum age: 21
- Valid Class A CDL
- Graduation from an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours (new graduates accepted)
- Fair driving record with no major accidents, major violations, or suspensions within the past 5 years
- Not terminated from most recent employer for cause related to safety
- Background screening including review of criminal history
- Consistent employment history covering the past 10 years with limited unemployment (maximum 6 months unemployed in the last year and 1 year unemployed in the last 3 years)
- Ability to pass pre‑employment urine and hair drug screening
