About the Job

Ruan is now hiring full-time Class A CDL drivers to haul hardware supplies in dry van trailers for our dedicated customer based in Dixon, IL! For more information, please call our Recruiting Hotline at (800) 879-7826.

Pay

Earn an average of $86,000 to $ 89,000 per year for a five-day workweek. Get paid $0.615 cents per mile, $23 per stop, and $30 per diem, plus a $50 performance and safety bonus each week!

Schedule

Enjoy weekly home time on dedicated lanes! This operation is currently offering a five -day workweek from Monday through Friday with an occasional extra day back Saturday, giving you more weekend time off! Drivers will run 3 dedicated routes to MI and IL running approximate 1725 miles with 23 stops per week.

Equipment

Drive a 2024 Freightliner Sleeper Cab with preloaded heated trailers. Use a powerlift manual pallet jack to tailgate pallets with some driver unload. Hazmat is preferred.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 22 years or older
• No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
• No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
• With the Department of Transportations Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired
• 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
• Must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals in English, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records
