Class A CDL Specialized ATV Truck Driver

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year ($1,902+ expected weekly average)

Sign-On Bonus: $6,000 Orientation & Retention Bonus

Position Overview

Are you a professional Class A CDL driver who enjoys dynamic work, great miles, and top-tier earning potential? Koch Trucking is hiring solo drivers for our dedicated Moto Division. In this role, you will haul specialized ATVs on round-trip routes with predictable weekly miles and excellent auxiliary pay for securement and ramp unloading.

Compensation & Earnings Breakdown

We believe in pay transparency. Your earnings are a combination of strong mileage pay and reliable activity pay:

• Base Pay: $0.58 to $0.60 per mile (Based on experience)
• Weekly Mileage: 2,400 to 2,700 miles per week
• Securement Pay: $96 per load ($12 per ATV x 8 ATVs)
• Ramp/Ranger Pay: $75 per load
• Weekly Freight Volume: 2 loads per week (with 2–4 stops per load)

What a Typical Week Looks Like:

• 2,600 Miles @ $0.60/mile = $1,560
• Ramp Pay (2 Loads) = $150
• Securement Pay (2 Loads) = $192
• Total Weekly Gross:$1,902/week
• Expected Annual Income:$90,000 – $100,000

$6,000 Orientation & Retention Bonus Schedule:

• $1,000 on your 1st dispatch
• $2,500 at 6 months of service
• $2,500 at 12 months of service

Route & Home Time

• Home Time: 14 to 21 days out, one day of home time for every week out.
• Route Type: Consistent round-trip freight.

Job Requirements

To maintain our industry-leading safety standards, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• License: Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience within the past 5 years (must be verified through a registered motor carrier).
• Physical Capabilities: Willingness and ability to handle physical components of the job, including securing ATVs and using ramps for delivery.
• Strong commitment to safety, cargo security, and punctual delivery schedules.
