About the Role:
FLORAL TRADE DISTRIBUTORS LLC is looking for dedicated Class A CDL Team Drivers to join our growing operation out of Vista, CA! This is an exciting opportunity to hit the road with a co-driver, as part of a dynamic distribution team.



Responsibilities:

• Operate Class A tractor-trailer sleeper as part of a two-driver team to ensure timely deliveries
• Transport floral and perishable freight safely while maintaining product integrity
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT regulations
• Maintain accurate driver logs using ELD systems and adhere to HOS regulations
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route updates, delays, or issues
• Load and unload freight as needed, ensuring proper handling of delicate floral cargo
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning vehicle at all times

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL license required
• Must be 25 years of age with a minimum of 1 year of commercial driving experience
• Must be willing and able to drive as part of a team (co-driving experience preferred)
• Clean MVR and satisfactory driving record
• Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
• Familiarity with ELD devices and DOT/FMCSA compliance
• Experience hauling perishable or temperature-sensitive freight is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with a co-driver
