Minimum Requirements

• 3+ months verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience (no recent grads)
• No more than 1 preventable accident OR 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
• Zero DUIs in the last 5 years (all states)
• Clean MVR and background check

Weekly Pay & Home Time

• Target weekly: $1,600 – $1,750 (ceiling based on miles & stops)
• Home time: 2-3 nights out max, then 34-hour reset. Many drivers home every 2 days.
• Bonuses: Safety bonus $500 quarterly, referral bonus $1,500 per driver

Your Day-to-Day

Haul dry van freight from the Bentonville distribution hub to regional retail locations. Touch-free freight (no hand unloading). Pre-planned dispatch via app. Average 2,200-2,600 miles per week.
