We’re looking for a sharp, safety-first driver to run regional routes out of Dubuque. You’ll haul on stable lanes through Iowa, Illinois, Wisconsin, and Minnesota—no Northeast gridlock, no West Coast mountains. Just consistent miles and home time that works for you.

What You Bring

• 3+ months verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience (no exceptions)
• Clean safety record: no more than 1 preventable accident or 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
• Zero DUIs in the last 5 years
• Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and road test

What You Get

Localized Routes

You’ll run primary corridors like US-20, I-80, I-35, and I-94. Typical deliveries include food-grade freight, auto parts, and retail goods. No NYC, no I-95. Just smooth Midwestern miles.

Safety Gate Requirements

We enforce strict gates: no more than 1 preventable accident or 2 moving violations in 2 years, and zero DUIs in 5 years. This keeps our insurance low and our drivers safe.
