Beast Mode Truckin seeks Class A CDL drivers, including recent graduates from accredited truck driving programs, for Western regional, no‑touch dry van service. This is a weekly‑home opportunity with trainer support for new drivers.
- Schedule & routing: Western regional lanes (I‑5, I‑15, I‑84, I‑90). Weekly home time. Training requires 4–6 weeks OTR with a trainer.
- Equipment & freight: 53' dry van; 100% no‑touch freight (drop‑and‑hook with occasional live load/unload).
- Mileage: Average approximately 2,200–2,500 miles per week (cycle dependent).
Compensation & benefits
- $1,300–$1,800 per week.
- Trainee pay: $800 per week for ~4–6 weeks.
- Post‑training pay: base per‑mile pay typically ranges from $0.55 to $0.75 depending on experience and miles;
- $15 stop pay; up to $0.06 per mile monthly performance Bonus. Full benefits after 30 days: medical, dental, 401(k), paid time off.
Minimum requirements
- Minimum age: 21.
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Graduation from an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours (new graduates accepted).
- Fair driving record with no major accidents, major violations, or suspensions in the past 5 years.
- Not terminated from most recent employer for safety‑related cause.
- Consistent employment history covering the past 10 years with limited unemployment (maximum 6 months unemployed in the last year and 1 year unemployed in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass pre‑employment urine and hair drug screening and background checks.
