Pay & Compensation
- Weekly Earnings: $1,130 – $1,400 average weekly gross.
- Mileage Pay: Competitive rates paid on all miles (loaded and empty).
- Supplemental Pay: Detention and breakdown pay at $20.00/hour.
- Onboarding: Paid orientation program included.
- Classification: Full-time, W2 position with steady, year-round volume.
Schedule & Home Time
- Home Time: Home weekly for your full 34-hour reset period.
- Operating Area: Regional routes running through the Northwestern states, leveraging a well-established lane network.
- Consistency: Predictable dispatch, steady workload, and reliable 24/7 fleet support.

Minimum Requirements
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer driving experience.
- Safety: Must meet standard Department of Transportation (DOT) safety, background, and drug/alcohol screening requirements.
