Think of it as dating before we get married for 4 years! This allows you to learn our freight network and demonstrate solid business performance (no late deliveries, no tickets, no out-of-service DOT violations, and no accidents) before transitioning seamlessly into your lease contract.
Once you transition to the lease program, you earn the full Owner-Operator rate. We pay for all dispatched miles, both loaded and empty (e.g., if you are dispatched 50 miles empty to pick up a 100-mile load, you are paid for all 150 miles).
