The Essentials:
Average Pay: $1,250 – $1,575 a week (W-2 position, paying all loaded/empty miles)
Extra Pay: $20/hour for detention and breakdowns + Quarterly safety bonuses

Vacation: Paid time off and 8 paid holidays
The Run & The Rig:
Schedule: 5 to 5.5 days on the road, home weekly for a 34–48 hour reset
Perk: Drivers are authorized to take their trucks home for resets
Freight: 100% No-Touch, Dry Van, Drop & Hook
Fleet: Well-maintained, newer model Kenworth, Freightliner, and International tractors
Qualifications:
Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
6+ months of tractor-trailer experience, with verifiable driving within the last 90 days
SAP drivers are eligible to apply if Step 6 is finished and you have some verifiable experience with a different carrier since completion.
