The Essentials:
- Average Pay: $1,250 – $1,575 a week (W-2 position, paying all loaded/empty miles)
- Extra Pay: $20/hour for detention and breakdowns + Quarterly safety bonuses
- Benefits: Full health, dental, vision, and life insurance packages
- Retirement: 401(k) plan with up to $2,000 matched by the company
- Vacation: Paid time off and 8 paid holidays
The Run & The Rig:
- Schedule: 5 to 5.5 days on the road, home weekly for a 34–48 hour reset
- Perk: Drivers are authorized to take their trucks home for resets
- Freight: 100% No-Touch, Dry Van, Drop & Hook
- Fleet: Well-maintained, newer model Kenworth, Freightliner, and International tractors
Qualifications:
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
- 6+ months of tractor-trailer experience, with verifiable driving within the last 90 days
- SAP drivers are eligible to apply if Step 6 is finished and you have some verifiable experience with a different carrier since completion.
