Pay & Earnings
Average weekly earnings: $1,100–$1,500
Competitive pay on all dispatched miles
Additional compensation for detention and breakdown delays
Full-time W-2 position with year-round freight availability
Schedule & Home Time
Regional Southwest operation
Typically out 5–6 days
Home every week for a 34–48 hour reset
Reliable freight network and professional dispatch support

100% Dry Van freight
No-touch loads
Primarily drop-and-hook freight
Minimal loading and unloading responsibilities

Late-model Kenworth, Freightliner, and International tractors
Assigned trucks—no slip seating

Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
At least 6 months of verified tractor-trailer experience
Recent CDL driving experience within the last 90 days
