We are expanding our regional fleet and looking for dependable Class A CDL drivers who want an assigned, modern truck, clean freight, and an employer that respects their scheduled home time. We are currently interviewing both experienced drivers and recent CDL school graduates for active W2 positions.
Where You Will Drive and Home Time
- Dispatch Territory: Predictable lanes with the majority of freight running East of I-35.
- Restricted Areas: Strictly zero New York City or 5 boroughs driving.
- Freight Profile: 100% No-touch dry van (70% drop-and-hook / 30% live loads).
- Work Schedule: Predictable routine of 12 days on the road followed by 2 full days home.
What You Will Earn (W2 Gross)
- Weekly Gross Average: Earn between $1,300 and $1,500 gross per week.
- Top Fleet Earners: Our upper tier of drivers regularly clears $1,750+ gross weekly.
- Mileage Stability: Predictable lanes bringing 1,700 to 2,300 road miles every week.
- Paid Orientation: $300 orientation pay with all lodging and travel pre-arranged and covered.
- Fleet Policies: Both pet and passenger rider programs are fully authorized from your first run.
Paid Program for CDL School Graduates
- Trainee Pay: Guaranteed weekly pay deposited via direct deposit every Friday.
- Hands-On Training: 4 to 6 weeks of one-on-one OTR mentorship with a dedicated senior trainer.
- The Upgrade: Switch to our full solo mileage rate the exact day you finish training.
- Requirement: Must hold a minimum 120-hour certificate from an approved CDL school.
Your Assigned Truck and Equipment
- Equipment: Assigned 2022 or newer Kenworth or Freightliner automatic tractors.
- Driver Comfort: Every unit is fully equipped with an APU for your rest periods.
- Fleet Policy: No slip-seating. Your truck belongs to you. Take-home truck options available.

What It Takes to Qualify
- Valid Class A CDL license with a current DOT medical card.
- Minimum age requirement is 21 years old.
- At least 6 months of tractor-trailer experience OR recent accredited CDL school graduate.
- Clean driving history, dependable personal background, and clear MVR.
- Must be able to successfully pass a standard pre-employment drug screening.
