Earnings & Pay Scale

• Target weekly scale: $1,750 ceiling (based on experience and efficiency).
• Mileage and stop pay combine for competitive, consistent income.
• Performance bonuses available for safety and on-time delivery.

Fleet & Equipment

• Late-model fleets: under 18 months old – 2023 or newer Freightliner Cascadia, International LT, or equivalent.
• Automatic transmissions, APU, inverter, and refrigerated or dry van options.
• Tractors maintained in-house; no idle time on repairs.
