Compensation and Benefits

• Average $65,000 per year
• Holiday pay available after one year of service
• $190 holiday pay for:

Job Details

• Home weekly
• Dedicated intermodal freight account
• Minimum expectation of 1,800 miles per week

• Small percentage of refrigerated freight

Equipment

• Mid-roof conventional tractors

• Average fleet age of approximately 2.5 years
• Modern, well-maintained equipment

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of Class A CDL driving experience
• Hazmat endorsement required within 90 days of hire
• Strong safety record
• Professional and dependable work ethic
• Ability to operate safely in a regional environment

Training

• 1 to 2 weeks of training
• Hotel accommodations provided during training

Parking Information

• Drivers living within 50 miles of the terminal may be required to park equipment at the account
• Parking procedures vary based on driver domicile location
