Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed Income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week (approximately $92,000 annually).
• Base Rate: $0.55 CPM for all miles, loaded and empty.
• Accessorial Pay: $20/hour detention pay (after 2 hours), layover pay, and breakdown compensation.

The Route & Equipment

• Predictable Schedule: Regional lanes east of I‑35, with weekly home time and a guaranteed full 48‑hour weekend reset.

Qualifications & Requirements

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL‑A).

• Experience — Trainees (Entry‑Level Route): Recent CDL school graduates are welcome. Up to 6 weeks of paid on‑the‑job training is provided with a dedicated mentor, plus tuition reimbursement up to $6,000.
