Compensation & Benefits
Guaranteed Income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week (~$92,000 annually).
Base Rate: $0.55 CPM for all miles, loaded and empty.
Accessorial Pay: $20/hour detention pay (beginning after 2 hours), layover pay, and breakdown compensation.
Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 (paid out in 3 months).

The Route & Equipment
Predictable Schedule: Regional lanes operating east of I-35, dispatched from Greensboro, NC.
Home Time: Home weekly with a guaranteed full 48-hour weekend reset.
Premium Trucks: Assigned 2025–2026 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors (strict no slip-seating policy).
Driver Comfort: Tractors equipped with APUs, 1500-watt inverters, and factory refrigerators.
Company Policies: Pet and passenger rider programs supported from day one.
Qualifications & Requirements
License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
Record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and active DOT Medical Card.
Experience — Experienced Route: Minimum of 3 months verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience.
Experience — Trainees / Entry-Level Route: Recent CDL school graduates are welcome; up to 6 weeks of paid on-the-job training with a dedicated mentor and full tuition reimbursement up to $6,000 is available.
