Job Summary
365 Freight USA is expanding fleet operations across the Eastern U.S. corridor (east of I-35) and is hiring safety-focused Class A CDL professionals based in Mobile, AL. We offer consistent miles, newer equipment, secure terminal parking in Mobile, and dependable home time. Drivers receive 100% paid practical miles and comprehensive benefits to support their work on the road and at home.
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed Income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week (approximately $92,000 annually).
- Base Rate: $0.55 CPM for all miles, loaded and empty.
- Accessorial Pay: $20/hour detention pay (beginning after 2 hours), layover pay, and breakdown compensation.
- Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 (paid out over 3 months).
- Full Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance effective after 30 days.
- Retirement: 401(k) plan with a 5% company match.
The Route & Equipment
- Predictable Schedule: Regional lanes serving the Eastern U.S. corridor (east of I-35), operating from Mobile, AL.
- Home Time: Weekly home time with a guaranteed full 48-hour weekend reset.
- Premium Trucks: Assigned 2025–2026 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors (no slip-seating policy).
- Driver Comfort: All tractors equipped with APUs, 1500-watt inverters, and factory refrigerators.
- Freight Type: 100% no-touch freight; drop-and-hook operations.
- Company Programs: Pet and passenger rider programs supported from day one.
- Secure terminal parking available in Mobile, AL.
Qualifications & Requirements
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
- Documentation: Active DOT medical card and a clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
- Experienced Route: Minimum of 3 months verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience.
- Entry-Level Route (Trainees): Recent CDL school graduates are welcome. Up to 6 weeks of paid on-the-job training with a dedicated mentor and full tuition reimbursement up to $6,000.
