365 Freight USA is expanding fleet operations with a terminal in Raleigh, NC and recruiting safety-focused Class A CDL professionals to run regional lanes across the Eastern U.S. corridor (east of I-35). We offer consistent miles, newer equipment, secure terminal parking, and predictable home time for drivers seeking a reliable career.
Compensation and benefits include:
- Guaranteed Income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week (approximately $92,000 annually).
- Base Rate: $0.55 CPM for all miles, loaded and empty.
- Accessorial Pay: $20/hour detention pay (after 2 hours), layover pay, and breakdown compensation.
- Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 (paid out over 3 months).
- Full Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance effective after 30 days.

Route and equipment details:
- Predictable Schedule: Regional lanes east of I-35, operating from the Raleigh, NC terminal.

Qualifications and requirements:
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).

- Experienced Route: Minimum of 3 months verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience.
- Trainees / Entry-Level Route: Recent CDL school graduates are welcome. Up to 6 weeks of paid on‑the‑job training with a dedicated mentor and full tuition reimbursement up to $6,000.
