Compensation & Benefits
Guaranteed Income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week (approximately $92,000 annually).
Base Rate: $0.55 CPM for all miles, loaded and empty.
Accessorial Pay: $20/hour detention pay (beginning after 2 hours), layover pay, and breakdown compensation.
Sign‑On Bonus: $1,500 (paid over 3 months).

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience — Experienced Route: Minimum of 3 months verifiable OTR or regional tractor‑trailer experience.
Experience — Trainees (Entry‑Level Route): Recent CDL school graduates are welcome. Up to 6 weeks of paid on‑the‑job training with a dedicated mentor is provided, plus full tuition reimbursement up to $6,000.
