365 Freight USA is expanding operations out of Rock Hill, SC and across the Eastern U.S. corridor (east of I-35). We are hiring safety-focused Class A CDL professionals seeking a reliable driving career with consistent miles, newer equipment, and dependable home time. Drivers receive 100% paid practical miles, secure terminal parking, and comprehensive benefits.
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed Income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week (approximately $92,000 annually).
- Base Rate: $0.55 CPM for all miles, loaded and empty.
- Accessorial Pay: $20/hour detention pay (after 2 hours), layover pay, and breakdown compensation.
- Sign‑On Bonus: $1,500 (paid out over 3 months).
- Full Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance effective after 30 days.

The Route & Equipment
- Predictable Schedule: Regional lanes operating east of I-35 with service and dispatch based in Rock Hill, SC.
- Home Time: Weekly home time with a guaranteed full 48-hour weekend reset.
- Premium Trucks: Assigned 2025–2026 Freightliner and Kenworth tractors. Strict no slip‑seating policy.
- Driver Comfort: All tractors equipped with APUs, 1500-watt inverters, and factory refrigerators.
- Freight Type: 100% no‑touch freight (drop-and-hook).
- Company Programs: Pet and passenger rider programs supported from day one.
Qualifications & Requirements
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL‑A).
- Record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and current DOT medical card.
- Experience (Experienced Route): Minimum of 3 months verifiable OTR or regional tractor‑trailer experience.
- Trainees (Entry‑Level Route): Recent CDL school graduates are welcome. Up to 6 weeks of paid on‑the‑job training with a dedicated mentor and tuition reimbursement up to $6,000 is available.
