365 Freight USA is hiring safety-focused Class A CDL professionals for operations based in Scranton, PA, serving the Eastern U.S. corridor (east of I-35). We offer consistent miles, newer equipment, and reliable home time, with 100% paid practical miles, secure terminal parking in the Scranton area, and comprehensive benefits to support drivers on the road and at home.
- Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed Income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week (approximately $92,000 annually).
- Base Rate: $0.55 per mile for all miles, loaded and empty.
- Accessorial Pay: $20/hour detention pay (begins after 2 hours), layover pay, and breakdown compensation.
- Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 (paid out over 3 months).
- Full Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance effective after 30 days.

- Predictable Schedule: Regional lanes operating east of I-35, with regular service into Northeastern Pennsylvania and surrounding states.
- Home Time: Weekly home time with a guaranteed full 48-hour weekend reset.
- Assigned Equipment: 2025–2026 Freightliner and Kenworth tractors (strict no slip-seating policy).
- Driver Comfort: Tractors equipped with APUs, 1500-watt inverters, and factory refrigerators.
- Freight Type: 100% no-touch freight; drop-and-hook operations.
- Company Programs: Pet and passenger rider programs supported from day one.
- Qualifications & Requirements
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
- Documentation: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and active DOT Medical Card.
- Experience — Experienced Route: Minimum of 3 months verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience.
- Experience — Trainee/Entry-Level Route: Recent CDL school graduates are welcome; up to 6 weeks of paid on-the-job training with a dedicated mentor and full tuition reimbursement up to $6,000.
