Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed Income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week (approximately $92,000 annually).
- Base Rate: $0.55 CPM for all miles, loaded and empty.
- Accessorial Pay: $20/hour detention pay (beginning after 2 hours), layover pay, and breakdown compensation.
- Sign‑On Bonus: $1,500 (paid out over 3 months).

The Route & Equipment

- Experience — Trainee/Entry‑Level Route: Recent CDL school graduates are welcome. Up to 6 weeks of paid on‑the‑job training with a dedicated mentor is provided, plus tuition reimbursement up to $6,000.
