Class A Dedicated Driver - New CDL Graduates Welcome

Beast Mode Truckin seeks Class A Dedicated Drivers for a regional account. New CDL graduates are welcome in select areas.

• Region & freight: Southeast and Mid‑South primary lanes; occasional Mid‑Atlantic and Mid‑West runs; 53' dry van; 100% no‑touch freight with primarily drop & hook and occasional live load/unload.
• Schedule & mileage: Predictable weekly home time; common cycles start Sunday–Friday or Monday–Saturday. Approx. 2,100–2,300 miles per week.
• Pay & benefits: $1,100–$1,300 per week; $0.55 per mile; $40 additional for loads under 100 miles; $100 monthly bonus; monthly safety/performance bonus up to $0.06 per mile. Full benefits after 30 days including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off.

Minimum qualifications

• Age 21 or older.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Graduation from an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours); new CDL graduates considered in select areas.
• Generally at least 6 months recent driving experience (and 1 year within the last 3 years); exceptions for new graduates in select areas.
• Fair driving record with no major accidents, major violations, or suspensions within the past 5 years.
• No DUI convictions within the past 5 years.
• No felony or relevant misdemeanor convictions within the past 10 years.
• Not terminated from most recent employer for any reason.
• Consistent work history covering the past 10 years with no major unexplained gaps outside of school or training.
• Ability to pass pre‑employment urine and hair drug screening.

• Candidates are evaluated on driving history, background screening, and employment verification. Safety, reliability, and professionalism are primary hiring factors.
