Description
Beast Mode Truckin is hiring Class A drivers, including recent CDL graduates, for a dedicated weekly‑home account. Drivers will operate 53' dry van trailers on a dedicated lane serving Shafter, the Central Valley, the Los Angeles area, and Las Vegas. This position includes paid training, predictable schedules, and full benefits.
Compensation & benefits
Typical weekly earnings: $1,100–$1,300
After-training pay: $0.53–$0.64 per mile (based on experience)
Training pay: $680/week for 4–6 weeks (drivers with under 6 months’ experience)
$20 short‑haul pay (loads under 100 miles); $15 per stop
$975 quarterly bonus
Full benefits after 30 days (medical, dental, 401(k), paid time off)

Equipment: 53' dry van trailers
Freight: 100% no‑touch dry van; mix of drop‑and‑hook and live loads
Weekly home time with at least a 34‑hour reset
One‑day orientation at the closest terminal
Drivers must be available for day or night shifts as required
Average weekly miles: approximately 2,000
Primary responsibilities
Operate company tractor and 53' dry van safely and in compliance with regulations
Complete scheduled pickups and deliveries on the dedicated lane
Perform drop‑and‑hook and live loading/unloading as required
Maintain accurate logs, records, and required paperwork
Communicate effectively with dispatch and follow routing and safety procedures
Minimum requirements
Minimum age: 21
Valid Class A CDL
New drivers: graduation from an accredited truck driving school with 120+ hours
Fairly clean driving record (no major accidents, major citations, or license suspensions within the past 5 years)
No involuntary termination from most recent employment for safety‑related reasons
No DUI within the last 5 years
Safety review of criminal convictions; recent convictions evaluated for safety considerations
10‑year work history with no major gaps; where applicable, minimum 6 months employment in the last year and 1 year in the last 3 years
Ability to pass pre‑employment urine and hair drug screens
