Class A Dedicated Truck Driver - Home Weekly

Beast Mode Truckin is hiring Class A drivers with at least 6 months experience for a dedicated, regional account offering predictable schedules, newer automatic equipment, and weekly home time. This role is 100% touch dry-van freight and focuses on safe, efficient delivery to a single dedicated account.

• Work summary: Load boxes onto an onboard conveyor/roller system inside the trailer; store personnel will remove product from the conveyor at the dock. Drivers are not responsible for removing items from the rollers or stocking store shelves.
• Operations / Lanes: San Diego, CA area; Las Vegas, NV; Arizona; Utah. Night driving is typical; drivers must be willing to work day or night shifts as required.
• Schedule: Dedicated account with weekly home time (most schedules may not include weekend home time).
• Orientation / Equipment: Orientation in Phoenix, AZ. Newer tractors with automatic transmissions.

Compensation & incentives

• $1,300–$1,500 per week (varies by miles and stops).
• Mileage pay: $0.60 per mile (typical ~1,800 miles/week).
• Stop pay: $25 per stop.
• Unload pay: $100 per trailer.
• Additional performance incentives and bonuses as applicable.
• Full benefits effective after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off.

Minimum qualifications

• Minimum age 21 with a valid Class A CDL.
• At least 6 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Fair driving record with no major accidents, major citations, or license suspensions within the past 5 years.
• No DUI convictions.
• No involuntary termination from most recent employment for safety reasons.
• Felony or misdemeanor convictions within the past 10 years are disqualifying.
• Stable work history with no major gaps in employment over the past 10 years; at least 6 months verifiable work in the last year and at least 1 year within the last 3 years.
• Ability to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens.
• Residence within 70 miles of Phoenix, AZ required.
