Job Summary

Trucking Talent Solutions is seeking reliable and experienced Class A CDL Drivers for contract opportunities with our transportation and carrier partners. We connect qualified drivers with carriers that match their experience, preferred routes, and work goals.

The ideal driver is safe, dependable, professional, and committed to following all DOT and company safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles
• Transport freight according to assigned routes and schedules
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and Hours of Service (HOS) regulations
• Maintain accurate driver logs and required paperwork
• Secure and inspect loads as required
• Communicate professionally with dispatchers, customers, and carrier staff
• Report vehicle issues, accidents, delays, or other safety concerns promptly
• Maintain a clean and safe truck and work environment
• Follow all carrier policies and safety procedures
• Provide reliable service and on-time deliveries

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Current DOT Medical Card
• Safe driving record
• Ability to pass required background and MVR checks
• Ability to pass a DOT-compliant drug screening
• Previous commercial driving experience preferred
• Strong understanding of DOT regulations and HOS requirements
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to safely operate and maneuver commercial vehicles
• Professional communication and customer-service skills

Additional CDL endorsements or experience may be required depending on the carrier and assignment.

Contract Opportunity

This is a contract driver position, with assignments based on the needs of Trucking Talent Solutions' carrier partners. Opportunities may include different route types, schedules, equipment, and freight depending on the assignment.
