AAA Recycling is looking for an experienced Roll-Off Driver to join our growing team!

We are seeking a dependable, safety-minded driver who takes pride in their work and has experience operating roll-off equipment. This is a local position with steady routes and home every night—no long-haul driving.

Requirements

● Valid CDL Class A or Class B

● Roll-off driving experience preferred

● Clean and safe driving record

● Ability to safely operate and maneuver roll-off equipment

● Dependable and punctual

● Strong commitment to safety

● Ability to work independently and provide professional customer service

Job Responsibilities

● Safely operate a roll-off truck throughout the Sacramento area

● Pick up and deliver containers to customer locations

● Secure and transport loads safely

● Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections

● Maintain accurate pickup and delivery documentation

● Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch

● Maintain a clean and safe truck and work area

● Follow all DOT, company, and safety requirements
