Now hiring for a Class A Hazmat Tanker Shuttle Driver

Location: Morrisville, NC

Pay Rate: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | Night Shift (Typical Start Time: 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM)

Home every night, weekly pay, and a route you can count on.

What You'll Do (Job Duties):

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle on scheduled linehaul routes.
• Transport LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight between terminals and customer locations.
• Perform drop-and-hook trailer exchanges with no-touch freight.
• Conduct pre-trip, post-trip, and DOT-required vehicle inspections.
• Ensure timely pickups and deliveries while maintaining a strong commitment to safety.
• Secure and transport freight in compliance with DOT, FMCSA, HazMat, and company regulations.
• Maintain accurate driver logs, trip reports, and required transportation documentation.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams regarding route status and delivery schedules.
• Adhere to all hazardous materials handling and transportation requirements.
• Represent the company professionally while providing dependable transportation services.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A license
• Active HazMat (H) endorsement required.
• Active Tanker (N) endorsement required.
• DOT Medical Card
• FMCSA Clearinghouse registered and clear MVR
• 1-year CDL experience (within the past 3 years)
• No more than 3 moving violations/at-fault accidents (within the past 3 years)
• No DUI, reckless driving, or serious violations (within the past 5 years)
