Class A Local Truck Driver

Beast Mode Truckin is hiring Class A local truck drivers for a dedicated account serving Sacramento and the Bay Area. Drivers operate refrigerated (reefer) trailers on no-touch deliveries and are home daily. This role offers steady hours, competitive pay, and full benefits.

• Compensation: $24.00–$27.50 per hour (based on experience); average weekly earnings approximately $1,400 ($1,300–$1,500).
• Benefits: Full benefits effective after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off.
• Orientation: Lathrop, CA.

Job details

• Home daily; local runs throughout Northern California (Sacramento and Bay Area).
• No-touch deliveries; drivers primarily load/unload not required.
• Equipment: 53' refrigerated (reefer) trailers.
• Yard duty: 1–2 days per week hosting trailers in the yard.
• Operations run seven days per week; weekend work is required for most drivers.

Minimum qualifications

• Minimum age: 21.
• Valid Class A CDL with at least 6 months of recent, verifiable Class A driving experience.
• Clean driving record: no major accidents, major citations, license suspensions, or DUI convictions within the past 5 years.
• No involuntary termination from most recent employment for safety-related reasons.
• Criminal history: felony or misdemeanor convictions within the past 5 years will be reviewed for safety considerations.
• Stable work history: at least 6 months of verifiable work in the last year and at least 1 year in the last 3 years (acceptable gaps for education or training).
• Must pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens.
• Residence within 40 miles of Sacramento, CA.
