Class A Local Truck Driver

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A local truck drivers for a home-daily intermodal account operating from Salt Lake City, UT. This position offers predictable local routes, predominantly drop-and-hook intermodal work, and full benefits that begin after 30 days.

• Compensation
  • $1,300–$1,700 per week (dependent on hours and load counts)
  • Pay structure includes hourly and per-stop/per-load components: $15.00 per hour; $12.50 per stop; $24.50 per load (average: 2 stops per load)
  • $800 training pay (4-6 weeks) if under 6 months experience

• Schedule & Location
  • Home-daily from Salt Lake City, UT
  • Typical route: Salt Lake City Grantsville Ogden Bear River City (runs within approximately a 1–65 mile radius)
  • Average workload: 4–8 loads per day (primarily short runs)
  • Shift rotations: Sun–Thu or Tue–Sat; night shifts required
  • 4-6 weeks with trainer/mentor (if under 6 months experience)
  • Estimated hours: 60–70 hours per week
• Job Details
  • Intermodal trailers placed on bare chassis
  • 100% no-touch freight with a mix of drop-and-hook and live load/unload assignments
• Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum 3 months of recent, verifiable driving experience
  • HAZMAT endorsement required
  • Reside within approximately 50 miles of Salt Lake City, UT to maintain daily home time
  • A reasonable driving record; recent major violations (including DUI) are disqualifying
  • Ability to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screening and required background checks
