At Staffworks Group, we support professional drivers with dependable routes, modern equipment, and a culture built on trust. We are adding experienced CDL Class A long-haul operators for full-time, permanent positions based in Johnston, Rhode Island, hauling throughout the New England region.

Role Snapshot

• Operate a late-model 2023 sleeper tractor on regional OTR runs
• Service pick-ups and deliveries on schedule with precision and care
• Execute complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Partner with dispatch for efficient routing and clear updates
• Maintain all DOT documentation and compliance requirements
• Uphold FMCSA and company safety procedures without exception

Compensation & Benefits

• $30.00–$33.00 per hour with an annual performance bonus
• Typical annual earnings of $65,000–$95,000+

Qualifications

• Active CDL Class A
• 1+ year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Smartphone for communication and dispatch
• Strong safety mindset and professional demeanor
