Role Description This is an on-site contract role for Class A or B drivers based in Auburn, NY. Drivers will operate company trucks to transport materials and equipment to and from job sites and customer locations, following assigned routes and schedules. Daily responsibilities include conducting pre- and post-trip inspections, securing loads, complying with all DOT and company safety regulations, and maintaining accurate delivery documentation. Drivers will interact with dispatch, coworkers, and customers in a professional manner, assist with loading and unloading as needed, and report any vehicle or route issues promptly.

• Strong truck driving skills with experience operating commercial vehicles and safely maneuvering trucks in various environments.

• Valid CDL Class A or Class B license in good standing, with a clean driving record and knowledge of DOT regulations.

• Effective communication skills to coordinate with dispatch, team members, and customers, and to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Customer service skills to represent EARTH ROAD INC. professionally during deliveries and pickups, and to respond courteously to client needs.

• Ability to perform basic vehicle checks and report maintenance needs; familiarity with truck safety procedures and load securement.

• Reliable attendance, strong time-management skills, and ability to work in outdoor and construction-related environments.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior experience in commercial or construction hauling is beneficial.
