About the Position

TransForce is seeking an experienced Class A OTR Driver for a light-touch freight route. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

Pay & Schedule Details

• Pay: $2,100 per week
• Friday night through Wednesday
• Route is Des Moines, IA to Fruitland, ID and back to Des Moines, IA
• Out 5-6 Nights. 34-hour reset at home

Job Details

• Route type: Over-the-road
• Freight handling: Light touch
• Hauling windows and doors

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial motor vehicle safely on over-the-road routes.
• Transport freight while following all applicable safety regulations and operating procedures.
• Perform light-touch freight handling as required.
• Complete required vehicle inspections and maintain accurate transportation records.
• Provide professional and dependable service throughout each assignment.

Minimum Requirements

• 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
• Valid Class A commercial driver’s license.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Ability to work on-site and complete over-the-road assignments.
